Scheduled infrastructure maintenance: platform security updates
Our hosting platform received scheduled security updates on 23 October 2026. Each host was updated and restarted in turn, which caused brief interruptions (typically a few minutes) to some hosted websites and cloud servers, the hosting control panel, the client portal and help desk, and some DNS servers between approximately 05:15 and 06:10 US Eastern (09:15 to 10:10 UTC). Email delivery was not affected. All services have been verified back to normal. No action is required.
